The "Old Trapper" appears to be a GTX, not a RO23 Belvedere. GTX's had wheelwell chrome, and chrome on the rocker panels. RO23's had chrome on the belt line only. Old Trapper looks to be a GTX with a RO23 hood.

I believe Tony Patchens 67 Coronet was the same deal. Started out as a 67 R/T with a WO23 hood later on.
