Okay, I agree.

As a sidenote...the latest word from an NHRA spokesman at the PRI Show is there will be no new classes in Stock for the new cars. So any talk of a lawsuit threat would be a mute point now.

The new purpose built racecars will get to race in regular classes.

And to think you NHRA guys used to bitch and moan about the IHRA crate motor cars.......LOL. At least they were in thieir own classes and ran off their own indexes.

Yes, and I remember when NHRA had NO interesting crate motors or GT Stock.
Nothing in it for them...NO payoff.

I guess the money was to good for NHRA to turn down no matter what it does to rest of the racers. Just goes to show you how they feel about their long time dedicated customers.
