It is a done deal. Allowing the advertisement has guaranteed that new purpose built racecars will continue to race in regular Stock and S/S classes.
Not true, NHRA can change the rules or classes anytime they want to, it is their organization. They did it with the FI classes, I do not remember any law suites then.
