Please explain one more time how his example is not applicable. How is it that a race track is different from any other business? Are they not allowed to have set day and hours that they are open? Just because somebody can be there early they shouldn't have to change their business hours to make them happy. If you want to go early and hang out in Vegas I would have to assume there is a KOA or some other camp ground around town.
