why would I put a 6.00 gear behind my bb/turbo400 combo?
 That said, we've got that gear behind a 305 stocker and count it amongst those that ain't clicking it off at the stripe!  FYI, my bracket car is a Super Stock car built by arguably the best and it don't know that it don't have a super stock engine but it runs close to the average SS/AH car for a lot less $ and it makes alot more passes every season.
