![]() My question is can I run Super Stock GT with an LS biased engine ? If so where can I find information on what I can build and what I can not build. I cant find anything on the subject. I just saw an article on a 72 Vega running GT\EA with a production based LS engine but no info on the combo. I know you guys are going to say get a rule book !!! Just looking for some answers. Another question can I run the car with an aftermarket front suspension ? Will be installing in a 65 Nova leaf spring car (springs moved inward) and mini tubbed. ![]() |

You can do any LS engine that is in the rulebook from a street car as a regular GT class. LS1 5.7L (early 2000s camaros), LS2 6.0L (mid 2000s corvette), LS3 6.2L(2010-2015camaros). You just have to find the year and car they'd be from in the class guides and the blueprint specs for that combination.
Or you can also put a COPO engine in it such as the LSX427, Supercharged LSX350, and also now the Big Block 572 and run it as a Factory GT (FGT) class. |

LS engine combo MUST be in the STOCK guide which gives you either a 4th gen camaro 6.2(several to choose from) or any corvette engine in the guide. The COPO engine options will make your car a Factory stock GT combo and just FYI...Lead is thru the roof right now lol. And no...you can not use aftermarket front clip assy.
