Information Technology or lack thereof

In today's age of highly sophisticated Information Technology why is that the N.H.R.A fails or struggles with the ability to provide reliable and accurate "Live Timing" and final race results?

Almost every weekend I'm frustrated by either Live Timing's "glitches" or Drag Race Central's ability to provide results from National Events, LODRS events and especially National Opens.
Sometimes DRC is ahead of Live Timing!

Also why can't Sportsman points be calculated before Tuesday?

If I'm off base please let me know.
