Afco with big nose valving would be a choice if price is important.
If you have a bigger budget ,you will have a hard time doing better than a pair of Santhuff shocks with a stock type front end.

If Afco BNC shocks are not in your budget, Koni's gas fill adjustable shock is far better than the SPA-1 that doesn't belong on anything with a big block over the front tires.

Tested three sets of front shocks, had one set revalved trying to keep my front end down, and stop the headers hitting the ground on landing. Santuffs fixed it all.
Well worth the money.

Call Santuff and ask how long a rebuild will take, or how long to fix a leaky one. Or if the person you buy them from can service them Than call Randy at Fastshocks.
