Yo Ken, now that I`ve read it, is there any chance we can flag it for something, and get it removed? lol

Cool Re: The Right Mindset, by Peter Biondo

That was definitely a good read. It seems that attitudes can make or break a person even before he starts. Did you ever have anybody tell you,"Forget about it. Don't even try. You couldn't ever do that". Maybe as a kid growing up you were told that 'you're not worth a tinker's dam, or "You'll never amount to anything". That's the surest way to lose if you ever believe every negative thing out there. Peter Biondo doesn't have to prove anything to anybody. He wins because he knows he can. This article reveals the benefits of a positive mindset even before the cars were called to the lanes. Thank you,Mr. Biondo for sharing the biggest secret to success there is in life, not only in drag racing.

I read the article and it has some very good points. I can honestly say that I have never experienced fear when I went up to race. I actually enjoy the rounds more when I have a real tough opponent in the other lane. I have raced against and won some rounds against the best in the business. Pete is correct you have to have the race mapped out in your head before you leave your pit.
