Looking for some help with transmission rebuilding. Just moved from upstate New York to southern Kentucky near Bowling Green. Broke the the transmission in the final of the Holly Hot Rod Reunion (UGH!). Shifted into 2nd gear and BANG!, Lost 1st, 2nd and reverse gears. Looking for someone with a good reputable race transmission rebuild service for a turbo 400 with a trans brake. Car runs in the low 10 second 128 mph range and is heavy (3700 pounds). Use to use Jack Sepanek in PA. but that's a little far away now. I was referred to a guy named John Craighead in Cave City Kentucky. Does anyone know this guys work? Or is there any one else in this area that anyone can recommend? Thanks for your suggestions.

Thomas Arnett is going to be your guy. And when I say that, realize that it is coming from another race transmission builder.
