I think Hal , AVO, and QA1 are basically all the same . Can't QA1 revalve them ? Do they have a custom shop ? I am interested , since I have AVO shocks . Fast Shocks won't do them .

The truth is that the cost to revalve the shocks is higher than the value of the shocks. If the shock does not work for you as bought, buy a better shock.
