What length open trailer do you racers use to haul your drag car or drag truck with a golf cart on it. Looking for one to haul both. Thanks

Check with Kenny Warren at Bowling Green the next Combo race. He has a very nice open trailer that fits his Stocker Corvette and golf cart easily. Come to think of it, he just bought an enclosed...the nearly new open trailer may be for sale.

I have a open trailer 16ft deck with 4ft dove tail creating a 20ft floor surface, 5ft tongue that I use to carry my 1967 Camaro, golf cart pulls great.

Must be missing something here.
Standard cart is 4' wide and at least 7' long. Are you loading them sideways? How are you getting them up there? Pictures?

Sideways is how Kenny does his...made ramps to load and the cart goes up front. Don't have any pictures, but I know his trailer is at least 22' long.

I load mine sideways and there is a couple of feet between the car and the cart and it tows great, ramps are removable and i had a small piece of angle iron welded on both sides up front for the ramps to set on then i drive on and drive off .

Side loading is a popular option, for both open & closed trailers. Obviously, the length you need will depend on the combined measurements of the 2 vehicles. If a 20' will provide barely enuff room, I'd go with a 22'. And, who knows, you may wanna haul a longer vehicle, later on down the road. So, I'd go with the longer trailer.

Guy in my area has a 30 ft open.Carries two Fox Mustangs and a golf cart. The carts loads sideways between the cars. Might be custom made.
