Just read the August 10th National Dragster and Steve, you made an excellent call on mentioning the possible reclassification of AA/SM to an altered class (CC/A) I'm wondering what NHRA saw after the crash that would make them change the class?

Can't see how it can be such an issue, lots of outlaw Super Street cars go faster than he did on a 10" tire with similar combinations.
Building the cars to these specs can be done with no problem, our Super Stock car meets this spec now. FJ |
