It is my understanding that X and XX will run with Stock Class run-offs, most likely Thursday. Quick 8 will be Saturday and Sunday.
X and XX will run as a Class at Englishtown and Norwalk despite there not being other Stock Class run-offs at those events. This is what I have been told but I do not represent NHRA so it's subject to change.

Are we to assume that the AHFS will not be in effect for this new class as in the past?
If the AHFS is not in effect for class, how will the X cars be treated when they are put into the regular Stock Eliminator for final eliminations, will they run with or without the AHFS in place? Also how will this effect final qualifying for the regular Stock Eliminator, will the X cars, that had the opportunity to run all out, now be placed at the top of the reg Stock sheet with the cars that had to run with the AHFS in place? Sounds kind of unfair to the regular stock eliminator guys to me, and this coming from someone running a new car???😳 Jim Boburka FS/C 1707 |
