How many of the racers in the Super Gas and Super Street have off set spindles?

Right side vs left side. What is the max you can off set in NHRA Super class?

I have a tube frame I am putting together and was thinking of having Rt & Left sides off set. 110" WB on the left and 109"WB on the right side. Is this legal?

Any comments or suggestions
