RACER BANQUET

Brainerd International Raceway will be having a racer banquet on January 10th and 11th at Craguns Resort in Brainerd, MN.

Craguns is a great escape for any family in January with lots of activities to choose from. They offer cross country skiing, snowshoes, snowmobiling, dog sled rides, horse drawn trolley rides, ice fishing, fish houses, ice skating and broomball. If you do not wish to participate in the outdoor activities Craguns has a pool area and a wonderful spa. They also rent equipment (Snowmobiles, Ice Houses, Skates, etc.) Please visit www.craguns.com for more information.

The Banquet will be Saturday January 11th.

Social hour 5:30 pm

Dinner 6:30

Presentation and awards will immediately following dinner.

We are planning a snowmobile ride on Friday night and Sat morning. If you would like to go as a group we will be departing Craguns at 7pm on Fri. The Saturday Morning ride will depart at 10:00 am and return about 2pm . For those renting snowmobiles from Craguns please see attached sheet for rental information.

If you are going to spend the night at Craguns please fill out the attached form and follow directions to send it back to Craguns. They are only blocking the rooms until December 1st. They do have hockey teams coming in so I do not want them to sell out. Send the form back ASAP.

The 2-Night Rate per room including MN sales tax is : $254.36 ($119 x2 +tax)

The 1-Night Rate per room including MN sales tax is : $169.93 ($159+tax)

If you are attending the Racer Banquet the cost is as follows:

Per Person 13-adult $35.00

Per Child 8-12 $15.00

Per Child 4-7 $10.00

Dinner will include:

Champagne Chicken and Glazed Ham

Salads to compliment the entrees.

Vegetable and Potatoes.

A simple dessert, ice cream, crisp or homemade cake.

Lemonade service
