Default Huge thank you to the FAST technical support people.

I had the pleasure of being asked to help tune the FAST XFI and XIM systems, installed in the new Cal Percy drag pak by PMR. I had previous experience with the custom tuning interface on the factory ECU we use on our V10 drag pak but none really with the FAST systems.

The FAST customer support people were knowledgeable but most importantly patient in their dealings with me. I can be a bit of a stubborn “know it all” and a cranky person at times. They stuck with me and really helped with the initial equipment, wiring and software configuration issues.

Long story short - we got it down the track with terrific performance on the very first run with full throttle. We had a throttle cable issue on the first two passes (cable slipped).

The FAST customer support is the best I have ever dealt with on a complex implementation like this.

This body in white dodge was Phil Mandella’s canvas. His tremendous effort and experience turned it into a spectacular finished racecar. It won “Best Appearing Car” at the Las Vegas national.

It will soon be a giant killer on the race tracks in division 6.

I agree - Kevin is a very good guy who helped us a lot with our TCI stuff. Also, David is one of many very knowledgeable people there.

I found that most people in the Customer support area for FAST are knowledgeable.

I like the fact that if the person you are talking too does not know the answer - they are not afraid to put you on hold and ask the other folks and comeback with the best answer.

It spreads the knowledge base - in that way - one guy does not have all of the calls directed to him - eventually that creates a bottleneck.

Good job FAST

Ron
