What does it take to get a CIC hit? I see a bunch of stock at Firebird going .9 under in qualifying.

I seem to recall an O or P/SA Firebird going 1.3 something under last year at Vegas( that's where he qualified #1) and didn't see a CIC adjustment.

There are no CIC adjustments in Stock like Comp Eliminator. Just HP adjustments immediately after the race if someone goes 1.20 under or at the end of the review period. This should explain it in better detail.
