Default Re: MWSC Series Season Opener @ RT 66 Saturday!

The first race is in the books as 22 cars made it to the first MWSC race of their 25th season. It started out as a foggy dreary day, but Brad and the rest of the Route 66 crew gave a us a good track to race on. We had a new racer, Tim Irwin of Moser Engineering make the trek to give our Series a shot. Welcome Tim, we hope you enjoyed your experience and look forward to having you race with us again. In the final it was Gary Jenkins vs Chad LaMont, with Gary taking the win with a 8.909 to a 8.921. Congratulations Gary on your win. The next race will be a doubleheader at Byron Dragway in a couple of weeks. Remember, it is a $1000 to win guarantee having at least 20 cars.
