Yea right, the only thing you can build in Minnesota are bike trails!!!!

Unless you are building a bike trail across a wetland, mosquito's are protected don't you know, but you are right.... That's why I moved to WI!

I wish they would look at the Duluth area down by the big pond. It would be the closest to sea level air we would ever get.

Maybe, it could be funded with the proceeds from the licenses sold for the new wolf hunting season here in MN!
