Default Schubeck Lifters

Well, not Schubecks legally anymore, however the same product, produced in the same way, by the same person who did them for the last ten years, is now available on a very limited basis. These lifters going to be sold under a different name, mostly through set up dealers only. We did a buy in September 2006, for 10 sets. I just received the remainder of my order. 50% of it has been sent out or is already in running engines.
I don't mean to try to sell on here, I just know that these lifters were the talk of this board over the winter, and I wanted to let people know that they are now available.
If anyone needs any of these lifters, please give me a call at the below number 8-5 M-F EST. I also have two sets on EBAY this week. Please don't call looking for a phone number to call, because I won't give it to you. Joe is out of the picture, and Bob doesn't really want to deal with the negative backlash or general public, at least for now. All that I can say is that this race flat and hydraulic lifter business has changed hands from Joe to his former general manager and that he looks to improve on the original design and the questionable business practices that we had became accustomed to. I have seen 10 sets and am happy with what I have received. Call or email with any questions.

Mike,
No, we can't make it. You will have to take all of the money!

PS. We are going to go to Toni's race next weekend in Columbus.

We now have one new set of Chevy hydraulics, NHRA stocker style lifter, in stock and ready to ship. They are currently on Ebay.

Jeff,

Does the new maker of theses lifters have a problem with bushed lifter bores? Schubeck used to tell racers that he would not stand behind his lifters if the racer had bushed lifter bores. I use Schubeck lifters and have bushed lifter bores. I have never had a problem. Do you know why he had a complaint about bushed lifter bores?

I have one set of sb mopar hydraulics on order, however they are paid for already. If you need any, please call me at (330) 456-3045.

I have not heard of any problem with bushed lifter bores, I know at least two cars running bushed lifter bores and Schubecks, with no problems for years.

As far as Joe, I guess that was/is my assumption, maybe not fact. I really don't know the whole behind the scenes story. I really have had no contact with him for a couple of months since he turned me over to Bob. Things have gone much smoother since that happened.

Jeff,

I have not heard of any problems with the lifter bores either. At one time, Joe was telling racers that the problem was their bushed lifter bores and not his broken lifters. Huh? The new maker of these lifters should tell us up front if he has a problem with bushed lifter bores.
