Default Repair for Auto Meter gauge

Does anyone know of any company or individual that can fix a mechanical Auto Meter temperature gauge? Auto Meter says they can't and don't fix them ... thanks

Chuck,

I went back to a 1997 catalog & we offered the 120 to 240 gauge back, which we still offer, then so I do not know how old your gauge is. We do offer a 60-210 electric gauge which was designed for Pro-Stock. If you can tell me the size & series I can get you a part number.

Hi Mark, thanks for the reply, apparently this gauge must have been made back in the '80s, it is pretty old but in good shape till I broke it. Yes I have seen the 60-210 electric gauge that I will probably replace my old gauge with. I contacted your company and they said they could not repair the old gauge. At least from my standpoint the 120-240 and the 140-280 gauge is out of range for a stock or super stock car. I hardly ever see anything over 190 in my car and when racing for class what I want to see is what the temp is on the low side ...

Chuck,
Go to a Digital gauge. I love mine. Auto-meter makes them too.
