Default Question for Stock / Super Stock engine builders?

I am just curious on something, and it may be a totally stupid question. If so, just tell me...I have thick skin.

On engines equipped with either a q-jet or a thermoquad, I know the primaries are considerably smaller than the secondaries and fuel distribution to all eight cylinders can be aggrivating I assume. My question is, in tuning, do you ever use different heat range plugs in some cylinders ? As in, an autolite AR3934 in some cylinders and maybe a AR3933 in others ? I may be off in left field, but I'm just curious.
