D1 Bounty Program

Is Division 1 not doing the bounty program this year?? I asked Herbie Null if he got a bounty sticker at Virginia, since he won Atco last fall, and he said no!

I think it goes to whoever won the division the year before

As far as I know it goes year to year does not carry over from last year.
