Racing for Cancer Super Street Race

Pacemaker's Dragway Park in Mt. Vernon, Ohio will be holding a Super Street race on May 23rd to raise monies to donate to the James Cancer Hospital at the Ohio State University. $30.00 entry fee and a guaranteed purse of $1000.00 to the winner, $500.00 runner-up and $125.00 semis. NHRA rules apply except for no weight rules apply......detune your Super Gas ride and come have fun with us. There will also be a box/no box race the same night ($40.00 entry - $800.00 to win).....so two races in one night to have a bunch of fun and donate to a great cause!! We will also be having a 50/50 drawing and a door prize raffle that will run throughout the day. Please check my website at www.racingforcancer.com for all of the details!! Jim, sounds like a great time!! I hope to make it. It's a wonderful thing your doing, we'll lick this disease and hopefully soon. There a lot of people that suffer from this affliction indirectly. SO.... COME ONE....COME ALL SUPER STREET RACERS!!

Racers:
Just wanted to post another update for all of you for this exciting upcoming weekend at Pacemakers Dragway Park!!!
First of all, spectators will be charged a $10.00 admission and if they come on Friday night for test-n-tune, they will get an arm band to get them in for Saturday. Remind everyone that this also gets them into the pits so they can get up and personal with the drivers and their cars.

Friday night test-n-tune with the pro tree and another Super Street Gambler's race. Camp over night and watch/participate in the Mid-Ohio Ford Club on Saturday morning and then the party begins at around 1:00 pm!!

As mentioned a couple of times already, we have over $2500 worth of door prizes to raffle, plus we will have a 50/50 drawing. So plenty of opportunity to win races, win door prizes or win cash......a triple header!!
