SPARCO DRIVER ANTHONY BERTOZZI WINS ALL SPARCO FINAL FOR DOUBLE UP WIN IN ORLANDO

ANAHEIM, CA --- Sparco proudly congratulates Virginia resident and veteran Sportsman racer, Anthony Bertozzi, after a double-up win in Competition Eliminator and Super Stock at the Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series Southeast Division Florida Nationals held at Orlando Speed World Dragway.

Bertozzi seems to be setting a similar pace to his extremely successful 2008 season where claimed the top spot in the Northeast Division in Competition Eliminator, the No. 1 position in Super Stock for the Southeast Division along with a No. 5 finish in the National points in Super Stock. This marks the second time he has earned a double-up division win with his 12th and 13th separate division titles.

On the road to the Competition Eliminator Wally, Bertozzi had to face Sparco representative and Pro Stock pilot Dave Connolly in the semi-finals followed by an all Sparco final against Arnie Martel.

In his 8th Super Stock Division event title, Bertozzi defeated David Simmons in the sixth and final round of competition.

Bertozzi will be in Gainesville this coming weekend to compete in his first national event of the year at the AC Delco NHRA Gatornationals.
