Talking NHRA does piss me off sometimes

I had the good fortune of winning Atlanta in S/St this year and I was obviously thrilled by it to say the least. I'm sitting home a couple of months later, the mail comes & I get a box from NHRA, I open the box and it contains a really nice hand signed letter from Tom Compton congratulating me for my run to the Wally & hoping I enjoy the video that is enclosed and contains video of the race...
I'm excited and siked to see the Motel 6 footage that was enclosed, I get my family and we sit and watch the video, every class is represented except S/ST. In amazement I search the video again and nada, nothing on S/St. I email NHRA's Eric Lotz who handles this stuff , he's surprised I'm not on it & said he will review the footage and get back to me. He was very responsive to my situation, he responded and said there was an error and he would find out where the footage is etc etc.
I get an email back a few weeks later and was told they have NO footage of any of my passes, " they may have been changing tape at that time" Tape , what yr is this anyway??
So I have no footage and feel like a redheaded step child & I feel ike venting.
