The IHRA site has a number of hotels listed on thier site for this event. Does anyone have any preference or alternate advice as far as a room goes. Michigan and Notre Dame play that Saturday and this might be a factor in decision making process.

Mike, let me look into this for you. My district covers all of the South Bend area up to and used to include Elkhart. I will talk to some of my co-workers and see what's out there. This could be a bit difficult as you say. I know the rooms out here (45 mins away from ND) tend to fill up on game days as well, though with it being U of M some people might drive there and back in one day rather than staying over night.
I will do some checking and post here when I get info. ![]() |

Goshen is the place to go. I was at the Hilton Garden Inn yesterday right off campus. Asked if they had rooms available that weekend. Yes, a few - a two night minimum I was told.
The rate - $449 a NIGHT Yes, that's correct. Let the gouging begin! In Goshen: Travelodge Hotel Holiday Inn Express Super 8 Motel Best Western Inn Courtyard Marriott Goshen is about 17 miles from the track. And I am SURE the rooms are less than in South Bend. Book early. |
