Spotted durig a break in the action in the North East Division
This was spotted by a Division 1 racer during some down time out east.

That was great Chris, I wanted to mention this earlier but now is a good time. I was in staging at the Chicago Nats and saw Mr Haas cruising down the lanes on his scooter combing his hair, not that it was moving at all, found it amusing.
Wanted a camera so bad at that point.
