Mine came with a bleeder, also mounted it outside.

The gauge will definitely have to be bled as it will have air trapped in the line when you install it.

What pressure are you looking to stage at? how much does varying pressure effect RT?

I'm not sure. Guess I'll find out. Just want to consistently stage the car at the same pressure each time

You'll want a bleeder at the gauge. Speedway sells this one that works well:
