Racing any of those three heads-up is never an easy task, all are bad fast!

I read that in awe of the radical stuff done and the great results. Since those heads are almost a copy of my beloved Ford FE Tunnel Ports and a Pontiac engine is quite similar dimensions some of those ideas apply to me. The offset bore spacing is something i've only seen done once before by Jay Brown with his 4.5" bore 585" Ford SOHC he ran at Hot Rod's Drag Week several years ago. The squared intake ports and radical offset rockers are wild.

Is your friend Mike O? If so I talked to him already. The stock intake unported has already made over 700HP on pump gas. :-)

This head is a factory replacement head that has a part number. However, it is only legalized for modified and Comp. Just like single 4 Hemis and bogus hand built cars like 427 camaros. The only difference was Pontiac paid the dealers to do it instead of paying overtime to take a 396 chevy and hand change it in the corner of the building. Of course let us not say about all of Ford's scab shops doing sanctified work. Or Hurst doing work.

Somehow in all your deviant hearts, you all know I am correct. If a scab shop car is approved, then by virtue of merit, a dealer is way more Pontiac, then Hurst or Shelby is the other brands. Not matter how you spin it.

Larry, the Pontiac stocker guys were very slow in the stocker cylinder head game. They are purests at heart. I cant wait to get my 69 Alf Weibe Firebird done, since no one will buy it. My Sunbird is nearly done, so now for FireBird! It will have a RAlV and a RAV.

Yo Lynn, have you guys got them approved for those bogus ultra charity 428's yet ?
lmao@alex You mean like the bogus 428CJ who started this whole alum headed game and the fictitious 520 lift cam nonsense? I ran 69 428 SCJ and Marty Barrett--who bar none knew Fords better than anyone--said 481/490 lift. The off road cam would never be allowed, of course that was before scanners and delete buttons for the "off road" part. :-)

Pontiac guys were slow to the game, but when we decide to play we play to win. Hats off to them!

Oh! BTW we obliterated the record (again) for NA horsepower. Now we will see what the 416 makes. 4.40 bore 3.4 stroke. Man o man Mike Trumble's car at Tulsa was a bad a*& hombre!
