I'm pretty sure that if you race Super Stock you are fine. However, if you go to a bracket or test and tune they might have a problem with it since you won't be teched as a super stock car.

It's the same thing as up until last year you could run 9.90 in a stocker with a just a helmet and no jacket no nothing.
