Garage Unit/Single Car Hauler Wanted

Looking for an enclosed single car hauler with living space or the potential to add in as a build-out. All configurations and type of trucks considered but not looking for a trailer with living space. Needs to be diesel powered with a minimum of 350 HP. Looking for units priced under 30k and older units will be considered as well. Approximate garage area of 22'-24' with 10' +/- (minimal) living area. Prefer western half of the US but, will look at locations further east as well.
