Talked to Bob about this on the weekend. He said that the week before (like you are suggesting) is the Richmond National Event raindate. He doesn't want to risk having to postpone the Dutch if Richmond gets rained out.
Whichever date the Dutch does NOT take (1 or 2 weeks after Richmond) would be a swapmeet at the Grove, and the swapmeet will not move once its date is set. So if Richmond gets rained out, the Dutch would have to be moved back 2 weeks, which would be November. Bob would rather take the guaranteed date where it is now, than risk having to postpone it to November. Jason Kenny |

Alan, thanks for the reply; I had not considered the rain date for the Richmond National.
