Tim H....you are correct with respect to the 70 1/2 Camaro....I can't comfirm magazine article(s), but I vaguely remember that occurring too!!!

If my memory serves me correctly, I believe he is a former D3 champ having won the bracket finals in sportsman or pro eliminator with the same car back in the late 80's or early 90's!!!!

Tough break for a TOUGH competitor!!!!!!! We'll MISS him!!!!!!!!!
