Stock legal valves for 5.0 mustang?

When replacing the stock valves on E7TE heads, what is the prefered choice of brand? Any pros/cons on valve seals? Anything else to think about? Not looking to break any records, just want to use the proper parts and make it work as good as possible.

Intake: P/N 11572-8
Exhaust: P/N 11523-8

Ferrea:

Intake: P/N F6261
Exhaust: P/N F6260

There are differences of opinion in the use of valve seals; myself, I prefer to use them. Hope this helps.
