David, I wouldn't shed too many tears. Rick wanted out long ago. However Sue was determined to make things work in despite of lacking the necessary people & resources to maintain a succeessful operation. Because she had passed several opportunities from various land developers NOT INTERESTED in the facility my hat's off to her for making the right choice. From what I gather this has been in the makings for quite some time with the new owners funding most (or all) of the improvements. And the improvements are proof these guys are serious.
