I hope Bucky's freshened up bracket motor is enough. The good motor bought it at Maple Grove, but he has enough confidence in Joe Clark to go to Indy without it.As long as he "hooks" the Tuna Fish I'll be happy.

I hope it's Jim Pancake vs John Rains, and since they both drive Darts..."MAY THE BEST DART WIN"!!
Whatever happened to John Friel and his Dart, did he sell it? He was a star in the early-90's with it...especially in that Turbo Action Video from Div 2!

What I'm wondering is, Where is Fred Henson and that bad 68 Dart of his. He still has the quickest pass for a Hemi Car thus far, I think? 8.48 @ 153ish I think. Too bad he won't be there though

Steve Kent has a brand new Eastex Car with a stick in it with no runs. Maybe a dark horse.

Nobody has been running so much quicker than everybody that they can't be beat. There are probably 5-8 cars that have the ability to run within 5 hundredths of each other. Not a big enough advantage to protest yet, in my opinion anyway.

Bummer about Fred not being able to drive . Dave Wren has had his old 68 Cuda SS/AA out last weekend at Mission running brackets, same deal on license but 10.0 at 80 mph is better than not seeing that car ever run again.
