I signed up to watch Indy on the weekend pass deal. Purchase history shows that they got the money. However today I am locked out and they want me to pay again. They've got me set up on the free side which is expired now. Of course there's no one there on the weekend to help you. Debating whether to pay again in battle it out with them on Monday. Any ideas?

There was a 25% discount on season pass but you have to be careful they billed me twice one year and I didn't catch it up till 2 years later

I went through the App Store on my phone and was able to find ReStore purchase. However it said I am paid until September 6th. When you click on the video for today it has a lock on it. They reply with emails but I think they're just computer generated and I doubt they will be there to help. What a way to run an outfit

So I used an old debit card to see if it would trigger something maybe and it worked for about a minute until they figured it out and canceled me. Nancy from NHRA writes back and says the problem is you were using an old card so I deleted both of them go ahead and and run it again. I said no that wasn't a problem I was locked out after I paid. Anyway I run my new card and it opens the video. So now I've paid twice. I could have done that this morning and watched stock. What an outfit I'll tell you.. they don't know how the internet works still. Now I've got to call them Tuesday and try to get my double payment straightened out. Too much NHRA

NHRATV works on my computer. It no longer works on my phone. They do not know why.

I?ve had NHRA TV every year since the beginning.
In the first years they had broadcast issues but the last few years much better. Every year I email NancyW for the discount code and always get a response and the discount for the year. A year or 2 ago I was charged full price, contacted Nancy and was refunded the discount. For the $ to me it?s cheap and a great service. My experience has been nothing but positive with Nancy and NHRA TV

Yes, Nancy got to the bottom of it. I had signed up too early for the Indy race. You pay for one week not one event. It had locked me out in the middle of the event. I am promised a refund soon. Word to the wise. Don't sign up too early for an event like Indy. Wait till the day before.
