Fore Sale 2003 haulmark r/t lite 40' w/living Qtrs [ manufactured by exiss for haulmark]. this is a exiss mark 10 all aluminum 40' goose neck with haulmark r/t lite decals [which makes it a contingency item].trailer measures 102 wide by 86 tall, 21'-8" long in cargo area. living Qtrs contain 8' sleeping in goose neck, dianette table converts to a 6'-4"sleeper,hot water heater,furnance,fridge,microwave,hd flat tv,ac with heating element, ac-dc converter and charging system, 40 gal water tank and closet and cabinets. seprate bath room area contains sink and cabinet, toilet, linning closet and a 32" by 32" shower. under goose neck is a 5000 onan gen w/less that 500 hrs,25 gal fuel tank, 2 propane tanks, 2 - 12 volt batteries and a 16" trailer spare tire. trailer has 2 - 70000 lb axles w 16" tires. trailer loaded with a 3300 lb car, scooters.spares, tools. 40 gal water and a 93 chevy 4 door dually weights 19000 lb. trailer is lined and insulated. this is a 8000 mile trailer. $24,000 contact milton at 804 677 3377 0r robert at 910 840 3951 photos cam be emailed.
