Thanks for posting. I always find it interesting to see what tracks look like after they close. Some decay a lot faster than others. Anytime I find myself in an area with a now defunct track, I try to at least drive by and take a look.
I had a love/hate relationship with Atco. Never had any luck there, but I always looked forward to going. |

It is sad to see anything go down hill after being a great place for so long. I left Germany in 1993, saw pictures of the base and kasserne a few years later, what an absolute disgrace, civies moved in and it turned into a ****hole.
See a track like that and I'm like, "that can be fixed" but of course it can't. I guess that's why I still look in back yards looking to find the "left to rot" vehicle that "I can fix that" ,lol!
