When you wake up in the middle of deep sleep and have been dreaming about adjusting the fuel I believe there was a no hope for me.

When I had my Max Wedge car I used to wake up in the middle of the night thinking about perfectly sealing the intake manifold.
If you have ever raced a Wedge you know what I'm saying! Last edited by Frank Castros; 11-13-2024 at 08:41 AM. |

Well Dumbo is having to take a backseat to family matters. So this winter will be spent being grandparents and helping our son recover from a broken leg. Years ago we planned and constructed for wheelchair accessible ramps and lavatories. Having to press them into service took a little bit of rearranging but it has payed off.
So y?all have a good off season with a good Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas |

We have the house just about broken leg friendly. Between a walker, a wheelchair, and a little help everything seems to be working out. We have been to two basketball games so far and have dined out once. He works every day a little longer to keep the business going. We installed some anti slip treads on the wheelchair ramp to give it more traction. Still have to make a transition pieces for a couple of places. Things are looking up for us.

Big improvement in mobility for Chris this week. The last wheelchair access will be improved this morning. Basketball game for granddaughter tonight at home, after game travel to Bowling Green for the last course in Holley EFI. Im still not very good but getting better, I just about have all of my head out of the sand. Finish the corse Sunday and then off to the PRI Show to see new things and old friends and foes

Another day of Holley FI class. With all the help Chris gave me I was able to follow along and almost keep up. My class mates jumped in to help when I got lost. One of the benefits of the class is the discounts the classes gets on the products Holley sells. By the time I get some more stuff for Dumbo it will deeply offset the price of the school. Lunch time is long enough to take a spin around a virtual road corse at the Corvette museum where the class is being taught.
If your thinking about taking the course do not drag your feet I am sure they will fill up fast. Day two is tomorrow it should be entertaining. And the food is good for breakfast and lunch. |

The PRI show gave me access to some of the people that could supply me with some answers. Questions about rods, rings, FI, blocks, and just a bunch of other stuff I needed to know about. Now if I could just remember.
