1:5 Fuel Systems:

"Fuel/Air: Any method of artificially cooling or heating fuel prohibited (i.e., cool cans, Freon, wet rags, etc.), except as noted in Class Requirements. In one sentence it says (i.e., cool cans, Freon, wet rags, etc.) prohibited...
Then it appears to say permitted in the next...
Nothing like clarity...

So I guess you can't insulate your fuel cell either...
