Sorry to hear Fred passed away. He was a mentor to the rest of us Buick racers. Remember him going back to his house from Edgewater raceway back in the 70s to get me a spare drive shaft so I could race the next day. I'm sure up to his last few days he was giving other Buick 455 racers tips on tuning their cars, or rebuilding a QJet or 2. RIP Fred.
