October 2019: Trump says his administration is responsible for defeating "100%" of the ISIS caliphate.

Current: Those service members were in Jordan to support Operation Inherent Resolve, which is the U.S. and coalition mission to ensure the defeat of ISIS.

And I thought ISIS was dead, silly me.
