Tentative date for Bremerton Natl Open is 03 & 04 August, that would make it the ideal option for running the NWCR race same weekend.

Great idea Jim. It is Aug. 3/4. When I have been over there to help/assist there have been 10 to 15 Stock and S/S cars there. The only problem is that Bremerton Raceway packs the events full of other classes, S/ST, S/C, Junior Street and Junior Dragsters and their regular bracket program, so they are pretty busy getting everything done. I am sure they have been approached by Steve and the other guys, so not sure if it can happen.

Have these guy's been around long. I've looked up some of their qualifying sheets and they aren't breaking 30 cars (that I saw).

Dave, I am thinking about 10 years or so, probably longer. Dennis Boley would know for sure, he has been a part of those associations since they started, I believe. Dennis can be reached through the Bremerton Website.

This was a topic of discussion at our recent meeting.
The concern was attendance would be low because the track being 1/8 mile and we are working on a August 24, 25 event at a 1/4 mile track.
