Sooooo, when can we expect NHRA to allow Super Gas cars in Stock?

The addition of the Corvette to FX was not a factory request by Chevrolet; it was a racer request that NHRA approved.
Chevrolet learned about it when other racers reached out to them.

Looks like my interest in this class has dropped a few points. I will have to wait and see how this all plays out.
