This is me just thinking like me BUT, if this Challenger is a nice or even decent car then I wouldn't cut it up. There's plenty of cut-up/beat-up Mopars out there for sale.

P.S., look up '86 Diplomat/ Grand Fury (old cop cars). 318/2V or 4V are decent, inexpensive combo. You should be able to find one and you won't hurt anybody's feelings by cutting one up.
