Yes they dropped for corporations, but because of that the corporations invested and made more money and paid more taxes surley your not that stupid David. The CBO is fact not some NGO website.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but corporate tax cuts many times if not usually, result in public companies buying back and retiring shares off the market. This results in said savings becoming a higher dividend rate to a lower shareholder base. Not really a formula for promoting a purported trickle down theory. Wealth remains with the wealthy in this scenario.
