What were the weather conditions at that time?

It was dark and there was no way to run Top Fuel. During F/C there was a hour delay due to an oil down. But, the left lane seemed to have issues. No lights at BIR.

Weather was ok. Oil down on starting line then a flat started getting dark no track lights. Several funny cars lost traction on starting line so tf teams said no we are not risking it.

I didn't realize BIR doesn't have track lights. How many other national event tracks don't have lights.
